Pian on ensimmäinen työviikko joululoman jälkeen tehty.
On ollut hyviä päiviä ja vähemmän hyviä. Aina ei jaksa. Kuten tänään torstaina. Mutta sitten voi helliä itseään.
Illan vietin flanelli -pyjamassa ja mamman kutomissa kettukarkki-villasukissa. Tein talven kylmyydestä kärsineille kynsille kynsikylvyn. Laitoin siihen öljyä ja sitruunaa.
Keitin itselleni chai-lattea. Olikin hyvä ohje Anna-lehden sivulla.
Helppo chai-latte
Ainekset
0.5 dl mustia teelehtiä
5 dl vettä
1 kanelitanko
4 murskattua kardemummaa tai 1 tl
kardemumman siemeniä
1 tähtianis
3 dl maitoa
2 rkl sokeria (tai maun mukaan)
Valmistusohje
Intialaisen
chai latten mausteena on anista, kardemummaa ja kanelia.
1. Keitä
mausteita hiljalleen vedessä 10 minuuttia. Lisää teelehdet, hauduta kannen alla
5–7 minuuttia. Siivilöi tee.
2. Lisää
maito ja kuumenna kiehuvaksi. Makeuta tee makusi mukaan.
Muistakaa helliä itseänne. Sisäisesti ja ulkoisesti.
Suomen kylmässä pakkasessa iho ja kynnet huutavat kosteutta ja ekstrahoitoa.
Hellitään itseämme ja samalla suloinen lempeys leviää syvälle sieluun asti.
Mutta onneksi on huomenna perjantai. Ja luvattu pakkasten laskua, ainakin hetkellisesti.
Meillä alkaa joulukuulta siirretty pikkujoulukausi :D
